The Ministry’s standard admission route measures three years of registered permanent residence, so temporary-residence years should not be treated as the whole citizenship clock.
The ordinary route generally requires release from the existing citizenship or evidence that release will follow admission. Separate rules apply to spouses and members of the Serbian diaspora.
