1. Service Description

Expatriator provides global relocation intelligence, country research, and case-management tools. The global product is available now and can be started free. We are an information service, not a law firm or gestoría.

2. Not Legal Advice

Information provided by Expatriator, for any destination, is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For complex immigration matters, we recommend consulting a licensed immigration lawyer.

3. Accounts and AI-Generated Answers

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and the facts in your case file accurate. AI-generated answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify important requirements with the relevant official authority or qualified professional before acting. The web workspace and Telegram bot are separate services unless Expatriator explicitly identifies a shared feature.

4. Spain-Only Procedural Add-ons

We may offer optional procedural support for Spain cases, including document-preparation assistance and Cita monitoring. These services are limited to supported Spain procedures and portals; they supplement the global product and are not a representation that Expatriator handles immigration matters worldwide.

5. Spain Cita Monitoring

Our Spain Cita monitoring add-on:

  • Applies only to supported Spanish government appointment portals
  • Notifies you when appointments become available
  • Does not guarantee appointment availability
  • Does not book appointments on your behalf
  • Relies on third-party government websites which may change

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions and Spain-specific add-ons are billed as shown or quoted before purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods or unused add-ons.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to overwhelm government appointment systems
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse engineer our services

8. Limitation of Liability

Expatriator is not liable for missed appointments, incorrect information, or any damages arising from use of our service. Use at your own risk.
